Handwriting Personalized Leather Patch Hat

Personalize a hat with your own handwritten leather patch hat.

All patches are laser engraved, sealed, and bonded to your hat. Not stitched or sewn. We custom make each patch shape for your specific order cut from leatherette. We sell singles or several hundred. If you are ordering large quantities, you may reach out to us to ensure we have enough of a certain color on hand. We can also special order other brands, styles, colors. Just ask. 

The main color of the hat is listed first/then the mesh color.

IMPORTANT HAT INFORMATION ►►► 

If it doesn't specify a hat type, it will be a Richardson 112. The other hat types are marked next to the corresponding color.

►►► All hats are snap back and size is "ONE SIZE FITS MOST" Due to the ongoing supply chain issues, we cannot special order in smaller sizes or larger sizes. The standard size we have listed are the most common you typically find in your local sporting goods store.

• SHIPPING TIMES: During the order process, Etsy will show you the expected shipping/delivery window based on our current shipping settings. This is shown prior to placing an order. Our shipping times will vary throughout the year based on current workload, especially the holiday season. If you have any questions about when your order will ship after your order is placed you can find that in the order email shown next to "processing time" or you can check your order details in your Etsy account and it will show the dates there. 

• REFUNDS & EXCHANGES: All sales are final since they are handmade. However, if there is an error or defect on your order, we will offer a complete refund or exchange upon return receipt and complete product inspection. If you have any questions or concerns about anything at all, please let us know. We are happy to assist you.

• HOW WE MAKE THE PATCHES: All of our hats are laser engraved, etched, cut with our Glowforge Pro laser machine to achieve the best quality for your hat. 

• HAT STOCK/COLORS: CONSTANTLY CHANGING RIGHT NOW WITH FACILITY PRODUCTION DELAYS STILL ONGOING FROM COVID-19 AND SHIPPING DELAYS AND BACK ORDERS. ALL COLORS ARE CURRENT BUT WE MAY RUN INTO STOCK ISSUES DEPENDING ON SIZE OF ORDER. WE WILL MESSAGE YOU IF THERE ARE ANY PROBLEMS. 

•LEATHER INFO: Since these are laser engraved that involves charring/burning of the leather, we apply a leather sheen to help seal the char in which also adds a layer of protection. To avoid smudging we advise to please avoid rubbing the engraved artwork. The char will settle in but when you first open your box just take in the beauty, throw it on your head, take a selfie, and tag us on Instagram!

Hat Care:

Our Patches are made with Leatherette (Synthetic leather material, no animals died) Every patch is handmade to provide each customer with a unique customized hat. We do not recommend washing or submerging your hat in water. Doing this will ruin the quality of the leather patch and hat itself.  

***LIABILITY NOTICE*** We are not responsible for any mishandling of your hats once they are in your care. Depending on how you care for the hats, the wear on them may vary. As stated above, our Leather Patch Hats are not to be submerged in water or put in a washing machine.
